Operated 1 Gretag Masterflex C-41/RA-4 processor, 1 Fujifilm C-41 processor, 1 Fujifilm Frontier Digital/RA-4 processor, 1 Fujifilm dye-sublimated ink printer and 1 Kodak thermal laser printer. Conducted routine maintenance and special repairs/installations. Supervised 4-6 technicians and assistants under tight deadlines in one of Walgreen’s busiest districts. Over six years, photographic service sales increased 100%, while customer retention increased by 150%.
